So at some point the ASX can move to have this all dismissed, I would guess, arguing that it's not a serious lawsuit as ISX continually stop it from moving ahead by amending the SoC and forcing the whole thing to start over again. What's this, the third time the SoC has been changed? Is that possible? Can someone from the legal profession shed light on my question? Can ASX argue at some point that ISX is not serious about this case because they keep amending the SoC before the last amendment gets a chance to complete?
