Can't just look at the coal seam thickness. Depth, coal quality, infrastructure, tonnage are some parameters as well. We found coal and know the depth, and the market has priced the info in. We are expecting the coal quality results and again the market will price in the results. Basically, the market pays for what it knows.

Not forgetting the company only has an option, and still to acquire the tenement. Moreover, the place is unknown, could be miles away from infrastructure.
