Tell your friend to check the photo - page 25 of Independent Tech Report, of Nariin Teeg (13581X) !!
I'm assuming THAT'S where the coal is at surface?
Check the 'ground cover'
Also on seams,
your friend may help - see Fig 3-4 - page 32 ITR; see the colour and formation of the wall exposed at the massive Tavan Tolgoi coal mine.
Now check some of the core photos in the report.
:)
No expert, but they look similar? If that's the coal bearing surrounds, ....
While I'm here,
remember the note on Fri, re Gurvantes(10566X) - pg 34 ITR, where 56 metre drill cored two seams of not good quality coal.
It was still coal, which could indicate potential, I'm told.
But also, of the 56 m, to have one 2.1 and another 1.4m seam in the one core, sounds promising, particularly if the 56m is from ground level again?
It's only 15 k's from Sth Gobi's Ovoot Tolgoi.
See what the Aussie geo has to comment on these points, with respect to CEO potential.
Cheers :)
