Good interview from Sean on A U S B I Z explaining the use of the $30m funds raised.

Liked the fact he was not talking as though "the orders will just flow in" and it was just about having the capacity in the US. Quite focused on the recruitment of the right staff to drive the business. Not just ... let's add a few more people to drive the extra machines. Similarly on looking to optimise the second location in terms of customer location. This says to me whilst there is a big opportunity, they are not taking anything for granted and are trying to set the business up for success. Secondly, whilst asked about the magic AI (surely this solves everything) being clear on a potential future role to drive improvement, however the real focus was on developments for doubling the deposition rate and dual robots to make larger parts and faster. All just adding to the competitive advantage. This sounded like a company with its feet on the ground, is working on the right things and working quite diligently to make it a success.
