brass, you're contradicting yourself! If the company was working well - as you say (which I think it's not working at all), why hire another director - Tod McGrouther - and spend all that money on his salary?
What value do you think he'll bring to iot? A good CEO on the other hand could make a huge difference

There's a good reason why this TECHNOLOGY company keeps hiring these directors with finance background while not employing anyone with technical expertise... I'll let you decide for yourself why that is... $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
