Craving a different cheese taste, I went into Woolies thinking they would have a bigger range.
Wrong. It's not much better than Aldi's and 2x or 3x the price
Time was I would drive.to the old Robertson Cheese Shop and taste test and buy up.
Now there's the thing, there used to be Robertson cheese, very tasty. And there was a plethora of South Coast cheeses: Bodalla, ABC and more, I can't remember them all now
And whatever happened to Ambrosia. And where can I get some Wensleydale?
So I went to Aldi and bought some Karlsburg. Ultra thin slices and a beautiful flavour, it took me ages to retrieve what it reminds me of - Jarlsberg, only sweeter and just a pinch of pungent.
