ITQ was a similar company but it has now been acquired so no longer counts unfortunately. So instead I will suggest CBL. It doesn't technically meet the recurring revenues criteria (although I'm sure most customers renew their insurance with the same provider from year to year) but it is growing quickly on a modest multiple of about 14x.

Hopefully you all will be generous with your suggestions and we can get a productive thread going on here.

I like JYC and GZL following these criteria. Both are very small size when compared with peers . Expected to grow 20 to 30 % and under 20 PE . Cheers.
