I waited and waited for the content guys to wade in, but...

I suspect Aka's background in property would lead him to a far more interesting and entertaining use of the seawall. It might for example involve Clive Palmer paddling his Titanic replica into its seawall parking spot with hoards of holiday makers enjoying what the island has to offer.

The depth of stage 5/6 mining would make recovery difficult should the boat sink! lol

The reality is that the seawall will be a prominent landmark once mining is complete. I would like to see it have some on-going commercial use.
