Going by what Susieq said:
- Sims F-6 was filed on a Wednesday; PRR F6 filed on a Tuesday.
- Sims Registration of Securities was on Monday, that is after 2 working days. Therefore PRR registration should be after 2 days on Monday as Good Friday is a holiday in the US.
- Sims approval of Securities for listing on NYSE was after 5 working days.
On the coming Tuesday 10 April PRR will have been registered and I believe on 17 April we will start trading on the NASDAQ.
I think there is a lot of fatigue due to the Nasdaq wait for more than 18 months. Also after the 14 Feb announcement about Nasdaq, the wait has been tiring. Therefore the buyers are tired and they want to see a firm date.
I see a move anytime now and on the Tuesday after Easter PRR will rise high. Wake up people. Wake up. This is the day everyone has been waiting for since Sept 2010.
