Due to my own confusion over the filing and my own calculations I rang PRR and Martin returned my call.
I actually spoke to the great leader of PRR. That will be something I can tell my grandkids.
Anyway, Martin confirmed that there was just a legal requirement before listing on the NASDAQ, and the form F6 is part of that requirement.
Martin confirmed that when listed on the NASDAQ, the ADR will be at a ratio 30:1 of the ASX listing. If PRR is at 25 cents at time of listing then the NASDAQ will be $7.50.
The NASDAQ shares will not be 5 cents x 30, as my calculations seem to imply from the form 6.
I have sent the link to the filing as well as a copy of the web page to Martin as well.
