Depends on the nature of the filing ie what action is being requested. We will very likely hear it from TZ via an ASX announcement before trawling the SEC website satisfies the cats' curiosity. Either way the result will be the same. Hopefully the tone of the board will improve with a better temper than that applying of late.
I anticipate the request for the prospectus will replace the current clamour for news of filing.
