SEC Filing

Reading the USA SEC filing is scary, frustrating and disgusting. Seriously...the two U.S.A. execs pull down $2.5 mil and run us hard into the rocks while never reporting data on time. The AGM move is now a little clearer, seems there are a few potential outcomes: they are just bleeding the co dry and have parachute jobs to jump to as they wind us up in Dec, they have investors in the wings waiting to phoenix the co with them at the helm as they dissolve the current shareholders to zero, there is a deal on the table and they will pull the rabbit out of the hat, they are about to do another 10:1 reverse split and sell off ⅓ of the Co diluting us all massively....again...I guess long term holders are all having a bet that the white rabbit makes an appearance. The DIPG data, that they promised back in August, needs to be NDA worthy at the Nov conf, or we are looking to average down to $0.
