On face of it i'd expect it's more of a problem for Cold Springs than Benitec, as it's a challenge to CSHL patents. So it shouldn't affect Benitec sp negatively, even though nothing does and regularly.
Note these CSHL patents are all filed post the graham '099 foundational patent.
Not following the patent situation closely of late, nor being a patent attorney, my guess is it's benitec's better cash position enabling them to fund rectification of possible patent breaches. So if they are successful in the petition, then maybe sp should go up!?
