I found the other day an interesting piece of information. The Canadian Orbite Technologies which has the same objective as ATC, HPA produce from clay, has been on Companies Creditors Arrangement Act ( kind of suspension from trade) for a long time.
On 18-th of December they've entered an agreement with AEM HPA ( Australia) Pty. Limited for selling the intellectual property and lease agreement for the plant.
From my research the Australian Company is private and there's no much information available apart the fact that is a subsidiary of Gulf Minerals Pty Limited (Gulf).

Hard to see but the Malaysian office location is in Johor Bahru more important they have connections with China as well . You can have a look on the website.


If they can fix the calcinator problem ( that was the company's issue in producing HPA ) they will be able to get into production much quicker than ATC .
