Tesla's use Panasonic which uses HPA. Tesla dominates the market for battery capacity. While hybrid electric vehicles (which may or may not use HPA) are significant as a percentage of total EV's sold (and that percentage is rapidly falling), they are getting insignificant as a percentage of battery capacity in EV's sold because the battery capacity in a hybrid is much smaller than a BEV such as a Tesla. There is also a trend with battery manufacturers that are not using HPA, moving to using HPA, but the real story is the growth in Tesla sales.
