When i read your post I couldnt help but laugh, not at the sickening situation in Boston, but your statement
"Great news for the good people of Boston looks like they have just neuter the second bomber"
Neuter means to castrate - maybe one way to stop the wackos from reproducing!!
Seriously though, I feel very sad for the people of Boston and for all humanity, that evil like this can happen.
