    Range always seem to go into areas to mine, where residents aren't happy. Maybe an additional risk factor should be introduced to BLR called the 'resident risk factor'.

    I'm not having a go at the residents for complaining, just the company for going to these positions.

    One also has to ask regarding Alaska, why, when the price of coal jumped and considering China's still insatiable demand for it, that no one had got the mine up and running earlier.

    Is this another high risk venture for BLR? Or could it be a lemon?
