    I may have missed something, but I can't recall reading anything about the calling of the 2nd EGM. It was originally planned for July I think.

    What's the story!

    I hope for holders' sake that there is not a problem with the money being available. In that regard I wonder what binding commitment the company has with the proposed subscribers?
