Thanks for the followup, but their reply just creates more questions and no answers.

A Website can be fabricated to say anything.

What conserns me the most is the lack of public info about Mega.

I would think a company the the alleged prestige that SER management hold Mega in, would have many articles written about them in the press and would have some form of Prospectus available if they are going to list in 2 WEEKS !!!
I can put up a website stating anything, what I want to see is independant facts about this company before SER sign anny deal. I just hope they are using this ann as leverage for other interested parties to up their offers.
