Gareth: Good post. I am quite optimistic that the deal will be worth quite a bit more than the stated Can$ 70.0 mio. ! If/when they float on both the Canadian and US stock exchanges, a lot more intensive exposure of the value of ULEY will get the attention of a LOT of investors in the USA/CANADA. In general, it seems that North American investors (esp. on the Canadian exchange) have a better appreciation/understanding of the value of the minerals than the Australian investors on the ASX. The same holds true for oil stocks, where the LONDON exchange has a much better appreciation of the values rather than the ASX!
Therefore, this planned listing overseas should unlock extra value IMHO. Of course, I could be wrong.
