The value that D J Carms. could sensibly attribute to Central's area's would have to be governed by what they considered likely to be commercially discovered on these areas,
We know now that Richard C and his directors will be aiming to produce oil and gas at increasing rates; and that coal suggested at depth by seismic is not going to simply be ignored .
We also know that, compared to areas in Qld and NSW ,farmers will present no big problems to the petroleum producers.
Values per acre are going to be the discussion point, and they could present a surprisingly high bottom line to the CTP shareholders during negotiations . The numbers are so attractive that I am still checking.Conix
