Oh dear, that appears to be a tad inconvenient for the actors/agencies that hate ISX. The tax case is no longer or never was an issue so as the "Soup Nazi" on Seinfeld would say, "NEXT". The conspiracy theorist in me would say this will get pushed out until after the election or if resolved prior to, next to zero coverage through the media
