ASX is a Joke, these crooks at IGE took money for over 20 Years by making false misleading statements,
And ASX Announcements,
Yet the ASX and ASIC do Nothing?
No-One will "invest" in the ASX while they let this sort of stuff happen on a daily basis.
If it wasn't for peoples Super,
Many would choose not to put their money into the ASX while it allows Directors and Companies to
Acquire money Fraudulently with no Penalty Whatsoever.
Many, Many People are even taking their Super out of the ASX,
As it is just to dodgy and not run to a high enough standard.
Even with Liquidators reports showing wrongdoing by companies and Directors,
ASX and
ASIC still do Nothing.
It is Pathetic,
Not to International Standards,
Not following their own rules,
And it is Simply not good enough.
If the ASX and ASIC refuse to do their Job,
And enforce the rules,
They must be replaced,
By someone who will.
They (ASX and ASIC) have shown that the rules do not really apply,
And that they won't punish Directors for wrongdoing,
Fraudulently acquiring money by deception,
Or chase Directors Assets.
The ASX has become an International Joke,
For the amount of fraud, dodgy companies and directors that it allows on it.
(as well as the blatant price manipulation by Banks, Brokers, Insto's. Etc.)
Every single cent IGE and it's employees received over the last 20 years,
Was acquired Fraudulently by deception.
Examples are the Lies of Funding being secured,
Lying in ASX Announcements,
And 20 Years of continuous lies with nothing ever achieved.
IGE's BOD Are Criminals that should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law by the ASX and ASIC.
They have made a Fool and a Mockery of the ASX for 20 Years straight,
And have done irreversible damage to shareholders as well as the ASX and ASIC's reputation in that time.
Their Assets should be seized and used to compensate the Shareholders,
They Mislead.
It is not good enough that the ASX and ASIC do not enforce the Rules,
And have let the entire ASX turn into a sham.
