    Why would you have a second Offtake with no Equity Investment....

    Limiting your upside...

    RES just signed an initial Offtake agreement and given the Cap Ex they are facing in coming years why would you sell more product without investment?

    Thoughts - no wonder Share Price is still sub Cap Raising Price
