    Who saw that story on the ABC last night about TOL having launched a program called SECOND STEP to help out offenders such as drug addicts by offering them a job (as long as they stay off the stuff) as a second chance to rebuild their lives. And now TOL is pushing other businesses to join the program............great idea if it works
