TOL have been running this concept for a while. I think in their Toll Today newsletter's there is more information.
But certainly a great community support that would really make a difference if executed properly.

In terms of business, Toll is outstanding. There is never enough praise for a company that continually drives in the right direction for its shareholders. Toll is one of those companies that excels in this area.
To step aside, if you compared the Brambles take from an owner perspective:
AIO (who were advised by a greedy mob in MQG) bought heavily into BXB at a time of what seemed overpriced. A huge stake was amassed by a ceo who clearly wanted to be a corporate of his own being. Now take TOL. A strategic stake was placed in BXB, but not enough to brake the bank or divert attention from its bread and butter of road transport & logistics. Management of 'our' funds and 'our' interests should never be diverted for some gung ho strategy. TOL seems to understand this and is positioned well for decades to come.
