Though I do not like proceedings, I believe there is no other alternative, The deal must go through to save FML, (in not from going broke), but to shore up and to reconcile the business and move forward from here, is what I reckon the bottom line is.
You have got to give it to Mr Taig that he worked hard to bring Shandong into the picture, with Shangdong seeing something they like, and it may not be short term. If a no vote we can see the shares at 2.5 cents or below, with hoping that FML can recover, hope is not a good business practice.
If a yes vote their debt problems just going away, with FML board then working with Shandong to create value here. O.k We may perceive not see any value in this deal for us, suspicions or sinister goings on, but I also do not want to lose more money as a shareholder,in FML continue to struggle either.
