For me GZ it is all a matter of cost. A small explorer does not need 5 directors. I have involvement with several other explorers all with only 3 directors. These companies all have management & directors with significant skin in the game. Not just a token million shares here or there. Im talking double digit % of total stock on issue. Maybe thats the whole reason why these other companies are more strongly focused on admin costs. Because its bloody well directly related to the directors hip pocket health.
