To answer a few questions.
I am also a seed and IPO investor - 60% of my seed shares escrowed for 12 months.
Options will be worth something even if 1414 trading below 35c as time value must be included in price calculations.
For example, if 1414 trading at 37c, they will be worth 2c plus time value 5c (so say around 7c - there is a method that will be more exact but this gives you a general idea).
What I am looking/hope for is more than $15 million raised. They said $15 Million had been raised, so what I am looking for is if people now pull out OR they pile in. This will give us an indication how it will trade after IPO. The more they raise over $15 million the more likely it will hold/increase after IPO, any amount below $15 Million would indicate a fall after IPO.
