The Bous Loyalty shares is 1 for every 4 shares, and is exercisable at $0.35 up to 2 years time. Therefore if you want to exercise the share, you typically would only do so if the share value was greater than the amount you have to pay/exercise at the time. Also they plan to allow these options to be traded on the ASX. As a note, if you are not happy with the changes with due to the second supplementary prospectus, you have 1 month to be able to withdraw and claim your money back.
