I think it is pretty clear

Trading halt requested in regard to a capital raising

The Sprott money was a share placement

I think Sprott would be disappointed if the CR wasnt for 20 cents

I really don't see the rush to raise cash

Of course Vivien will cost money
But with cash on hand and money earnt in the second half
There should be enough cash

The share placement for half the buy price of Vivien
Was quite acceptable
The market even liked it

What would the CR be for
$10 million would be 50 million shares
That wouldn't be too bad
But the chances are the SP will be a lot higher in 6 months
Why not then
