There would be no point in them apply for these shares if they intended to do so. The Currect Bid/Ask price is C$5.15/5.22. Subscribers to the latest issue have paid C$5.00. Flooding the market with recently issued shares really only becomes a possibility when those shares have been issued at a substantial discount to the current trading price for those shares.
Rather than act as a possible flood of CXM shares on to the market causing a fall in price of CXM I suspect this issue has created a new floor price for CXM that should hold in the absence of any significant new negative developments.
