    Market is not crazy. FX RPDD was never a given. this is the FDA we are talking about. This means in 1-2 years the company has a good shot at making a transaction valued at US $100m. Thismorning the company was worth 30m and held 12m in the bank. The volume and rise in price is not a surprise.
