second year syndrome

Being a fanatic League fan and seeing all the rise and demise of young players i cant help but relate this action to MAD. I know they have been trading for 3 years but last year was the beginning and making of the company.Last year was all brilliance, pats on the back and such high expectations for the company. What has changed? Did people finally wake up and realise that this sensation was really a flop. As the pressue builds will the player cope with the added expectation? He tries and tries but he further goes backwards. Mad trying very very had to increase their production but their brillant plays just get read and shut down.
When everything is going against you its very hard to turn things around. This is what MAD is in. They are struggling and i dont know what they will do to turn this around.
