    On the 16th February KSX issued an ANN stating that they were planning a secondary listing on NASDAQ

    They stated that they anticipated listing subject to regulatory approval to be within 120 days of this notice

    That brought us to 16th JUNE

    Nothing has transpired

    I intend Emailing the company to seek some clarification

    I will post an answer if it is forthcoming
