This is a poor effort at ramping. Maybe you are not explaining yourself clearly. What I presumed you are trying to say was that you caught a flu with no symptoms other than fever. After a month of non resolving influenza, you caught secondary strep pneumonia. Problem here is at this stage that you get yourself unstuck as strep pneumonia is a bacterial infection and would not respond to Relenza! Go try again. This year would be the first time since Relenza became available that there is widespread use of the drug because of the flu season. An interesting point to note, in my view, is that as medico becomes more comfortable with using Relenza and Tamiflu. Both these drugs will have greater market penetration. Consequently I do not believe you need to ramp at all. If you do, please get your facts right first.
