I have just have changed my cash flow numbers to change gold/silver/exchange rate to US$1,050/oz, $15.0/oz, 0.89 cents respectively, and using a 10% discount rate get the following (by the way I typed incorrectly the previous post, I meant US$1,050, not US$1,105/oz - very sloppy Beatle!).
For US$1,050/oz:
RED valuation = 28.7 cents
Ave annual EPS (life of mine, ie over 10 years) = 6.0 cps
Ave (Life of mine) P/E = 2.24 (based on 13.5 cents!!!).
Those numbers prove this current share price and panic is absolutely CRAZY. It MUST recover simply due to the revenue profile when in production.
