More seriously, NEO is somewhere between a whooooosh and a fluuuuuuuuush - there is really no good information on which to base any decision at this point.
A bit of a worry that OPL and NEO can't even see fit to make joint announcements, you'd think it would be to their mutual interest to make identical joint announcements. Maybe I've got it all wrong.
Also, if OPL thinks it has a real winner here, what's stopping them from a NEO buyout? pre-empt any premium on NEO? they wouldn't be that expensive - even if they got a big chunk of NEO. It wouldn't be the other way around because NEO has no money - so c'mon OPL get your teeth into NEO while it's still in the dumps. How good would that be?
Chevron even better, I mean, NEO is such a gem, right?
