To be honest, if you had said 6 months ago that Icon was 30 cents, I would have told you I would sell (at roughly break even on my most recent parcel...longer-term Icon has been very good to me).

However, in these past months, the landscape has changed and I think this can get to 50-60 cents after good flows rates from Encounter stimulation tests. So I will be holding on a little longer. Hell...its been about 10 years (and lots of 'next big things' from RJ) so whats another 6 months.
