section 11 approval, page-3

Yeh hopefully there is an update in the quarterly however in the past the section 11 approval warranted a separate announcement.

If no update is provided in the quarterly I will certainly be phoning & getting an update because we may have a large deposit & acquired surface land, however without the section 11 approval our JV rights are capped at 49%.

On a side note, the buy depth is looking very healthy.
It would be better if they stepped up & took out the remaining 50's.

Quarterly should be out within the next few weeks.
