    It will come in time. Once we got it in Sep 09 for W1, I felt a bit more at ease. Oct 09 Qtrly states that regulatory consent applied for Ledjadja so Sect 11 approval still prob 6 mths or so away I would say. Hoped to be proved wrong and it comes earlier but in any case, I believe its a formality. 55c the new base ? GO RES GO
