In the 82 page document the company released, I've been doing a little light reading and I urge others to do so...make a cup of coffee or something...
Its the section on Break Fees...Flinders pays MMK "if clauses"...
What does it mean for 3rd party offers? If a party other than MMK comes along and makes a third party proposal and obtains more than 10% of the shares, FMS must pay MMK the break fee?
How does this fit in with superior offers?
It all seems to hinge on that independant expert....
section 12.2.4 (b) someone please explain...
