The history of the stock market is littered with "cherry picking" ... are you old enough to remember Poseidon in 1969 - cents to $280 a share then liquidated after the original "find" grades were finally "truthed"
Surely at least the extreme right of possible whys is not that hard to understand but there are also many other ones along that 'why' spectrum.
