the two most important replacements need to be for manzoori and lattimore, then you will need one for lekkas.
I would also like to see Neil step down into a lower role, he has shown he isn't capable of getting the mining side going, he is certainly capable for HISMELT, we know that.
we do need replacements, and Marcus flis comes to mind when thinking about a replacement for mining
for the others, I'd have to look over the next week through LinkedIn for potential replacements for the others that are more suitable.
it's an easy project for whoever wants to do some work and get the mine going.
