yes it was me, but we don't have the votes, it's that simple. so I've been advised to wait it out. solicitor also informed me that it looks like they're about to deliver, if they don't, then they have worse than a 249D, because they won't be able to raise much longer on the ASX.
also hopeful they havnt been just flying round the world on our dime and not achieving anything. Neil has to much of a reputation to tarnish it like that with these others on the board
