How do these meetings work.
I recall you mentioned you have 40percent of the company votes tallied.
From my basic understanding.. it's required that to pass a resolution you need greater than 50 percent of the votes cast in favor of the resolution put forward.
I'm not sure that you need greater than 50 percent of all shares on issue, but
only greater than 50 percent of the vote, of total votes on the day.
