I am getting a feeling that the character of the PM mining stocks is changing lately. The PM miners have underperformed for so long that no one believes in them anymore. This is exactly the kind of sentiment for a breakout from the year-long consolidation and a huge rally.
Liquidity will eventually find its way into undervalued assets.
