    you are right lilac, and the falling STO SP and the consequent drop in ESG SP means to me, that anyone who comes in with a CASH offer will be the star!

    how swamped would a bidder be, if they offered say 90c CASH on-market!?

    they might not get STO's 20% or TRU's 4%, but one would think they would get everyone else?

    (and TRU would sell out later anyway)
