    I like the sector, and I am comforted that Neptune has secured a 3y contract in Qatar and the recommencement of several inspection, repair and maintenance
    (IRM) projects that were shelved in 2008.

    The company does look to be on track with the projected strong recovery in profit for the second half of 2010 and increased growth in 2011.
