You are again wrong mate.. I say this from experience where one of my child spent 6 weeks in hospital in a critical situation.. The doctors had mostly no clues until they engaged a senior doctor or Indian origin and Eastern europe.. I am not sure what real life examples you are talking about but there are countires that are far ahead in technology and experience.
